Epworth hosts a variety of annual events that bring together our church family, neighbors, and the wider community. These special gatherings are designed to inspire faith, build connections, and create lasting memories.
February
ELC Open House (Epworth ELC)
Every February, prospective families are invited to tour the Epworth ELC, meet teachers, and learn more about our Children’s Day Out and Preschool programs. This event helps parents explore early learning opportunities and decide if Epworth is the right fit for their child.
April
Spring Party
Each spring, families and friends gather at Epworth UMC for a joyful celebration filled with games, crafts, and seasonal activities. This event provides a welcoming space for children to enjoy the change of seasons while families connect with one another in fellowship. Held outdoors on the church grounds, the Spring Party highlights renewal, growth, and the joy of community as we move into a new season together.
May
Touch A Truck (F.E.D)
Families are invited to explore and climb aboard community vehicles, enjoy hands-on activities, and connect with local organizations. This large-scale community event takes place in the Epworth UMC parking lot on the Saturday before Mother’s Day. It provides a fun, family-centered way for the community to gather and gives new families an opportunity to be introduced to Epworth.
