Whether you're an experienced performer or just curious about exploring your creative gifts, Epworth Theatre Ministry welcomes you. We have ways for everyone to be included even if you prefer to not be on stage. We are always looking for volunteers to help on our production team, stage design, costumes, makeup, and volunteers to help during the shows. We welcome you to join the ETM family!
About Epworth Theatre Ministry (ETM)
The Epworth Theatre Ministry (ETM) provides a unique opportunity for youth and families to explore their faith and creativity through the performing arts. ETM is part of Epworth’s commitment to radical hospitality and fellowship, creating an inclusive space where students can grow in confidence, build relationships, and share their talents with the community.
Where Faith Meets Performance
In 2025 we were thrilled to announce the launch of Epworth Theatre Ministry (ETM) at Epworth United Methodist Church! ETM is a ministry dedicated to connecting faith and the performing arts through community outreach and creative expression. We have been pleased to offer to date Fame Jr the musical, the play, The Lion, The Witch, and the Wardrobe, and now our second summer theatre camp called Camp Encore. Recently we have launched a monthly drama club where students are welcome to come and learn skills to help them grow while fostering wonderful friendships with others with the same passion for the arts.

Become a Patron!
Our Patrons make it possible for us to offer a summer theatre camp and monthly drama club free of charge.
Thanks to our past patrons we have been able to provide snacks at show rehearsals, meals during tech week, participation fees for cast members who needed financial assistance, and we were able to provide tickets to community members who would have not had the opportunity to enjoy live theatre otherwise.
Thank you!
Camp Encore
Camp Encore is a free summer theatre camp for students entering 5th grade in the fall through outgoing 12th-grade students. The camp introduces youth to theatre through acting, singing, movement, and teamwork, while also creating a space for fellowship and faith exploration. Campers will enjoy theatre games, snacks and will get an opportunity to "Unpack their Adjectives" as we learn a number from our next musical, School House Rock!
