A wedding at Epworth is a Christian celebration of love and commitment. We are eager to minister to you through your premarital planning and your actual wedding day. The sacred ceremony, in which you enter into a covenant with God and one another, creates the foundation of your marriage.

If you decide to move forward with planning your wedding at Epworth, you and your fiancé will be asked to participate in a premarital counseling session with the pastor officiating your ceremony. Our main objective is to equip you with the tools for a happy, successful relationship.
Our pastors and director of music will work directly with you throughout the process to help you plan the ceremony and coordinate details with vendors, florists, and photographers.
Premarital counseling, along with all of Epworth’s ministries, are open and welcoming of all couples, regardless of sexual orientation or gender identity. Although our denominational policy currently restricts our ability to host or officiate same-gender marriages, there are other ways we can provide support for your special day. Most weddings at Epworth are held in our Sanctuary which seats up to 450. This warm and inviting space features a long, marble aisle flanked by beautiful stained glass windows. Decorated in warm wood tones, it’s a perfect backdrop for a picturesque church ceremony. For smaller, more intimate weddings the Webb Chapel and Memorial Garden and are also options.Our gym, located on the office level of our building, is an option for your reception. The space holds up to 250 guests.
