Caring Hearts
This ministry creates and maintains a connection with older persons who are home bound and unable to fully engage in the life of the church.
Lay Parish Visitor
Our Lay Parish Visitor provides calls, visits, communion, prayer, and audio of our services to those who are home bound, hospitalized, or otherwise unable to attend.
Visiting Hearts
This ministry area assists the pastors with visits to Epworth members in the hospital and inpatient rehabilitation. Because the needs of this ministry area vary month to month, a flexible schedule is appreciated. Visiting Hearts will collaborate with the pastors and lay parish visitor to provide prayer and encouragement to those with extended hospital and rehab stays.
Stephen Ministry
Stephen Ministry equips lay people to provide confidential, free, one-to-one Christian care to individuals in our congregation and community who are experiencing difficulties. The Stephen Ministers receive 50+ hours of training to provide emotional and spiritual care.
