Church Cleanup/Move-in: Coming Soon!

We are rapidly approaching the day we’ve all been looking forward to: the completion of our new addition! At our current pace, the contractors will be complete by the end of August/early September. As a result, we have a few big tasks ahead of us and we need your help!

We will need to:

• Clean the existing spaces AKA Sanctuary, Chapel & Christian Education Classrooms (new space will be cleaned by construction crew)
• Bring the furniture and other “stuff” back to Epworth that's been in storage 
• Move new, purchased furniture into new spaces

The date the building will be turned over to us has not yet been set, therefore we are not certain of the exact dates we will need your help yet. At this time, we’re collecting names and contact info of interested individuals or groups (i.e. Sunday School Classes, Wesley Groups, groups of friends) that can assist on one or all of these projects. Some of these jobs we will have notice for, some we may only have a few hours notice. Wes & Ruth Ann will reach out to you with specific dates and times as soon as we have more information.
