Join us for the annual Arts & Crafts Bazaar on Saturday, November 7 from 9am-4pm. OVer 45 vendors will display their crafts in the expanded lobby. There is no admission charge, and parking is free. Invite your friends, neighbors and relatives too!

Over vendors are offering hand-crafted items including jewelry, soaps and lotions, fused and blown glass, knit and sewn items, doll clothing, painted signs, pens, clothing and accessories, cards, wooden toys, paintings, honey, gourmet popcorn, dip mixes and holiday items!

A huge silent auction with items including dinners prepared by Epworth members, gift cards for services and restaurants, getaways, themed baskets, tickets, Mud Hens first-pitch opportunity with tickets, and unique items donated by vendors.

Our Pantry will be stocked with Epworth’s best baked goods and casseroles!  Bring some on Friday, buy some on Saturday!

Please know your safety is our priority.  Masks will be required of all vendors, volunteers and shoppers. All shoppers should park in the South lot off of Valleyview and enter through the main doors off of that lot. The North lot off of Central Ave. is reserved for vendors and the North doors will be closed to shoppers during the Bazaar.  All shoppers and volunteers will be asked to hand sanitize upon entrance to the church. The practice of social distancing with an appropriate number of shoppers throughout the day will be in place. Shoppers will be directed to follow a one-way path through the church, gym, silent auction hall and upstairs lobby.  Aisles between vendors have been widened to 14 feet in the downstairs gym.

There is still time for you to donate and drop off a Silent Auction item or gift card, and to bake for the Pantry.  We ask that your donations arrive by 2 p.m. on Friday, November 6.

The Arts & Crafts Bazaar is an initiative of Epworth’s United Methodist Women to raise funds to support local missions. As in the past, 100% of the proceeds from the Bazaar go to support a number of local organizations. Past recipients include Friendly Center, Beach House, Mildred Bayer Clinic, Feed Your Neighbor, YWCA Battered Women’s Shelter, Monroe Street Neighborhood Center, Team Recovery, Family House, Legal Aid, and Sylvania Area Family Services.
