We read about them on the covers of grocery store tabloids. We watch dramatic reenactments on the Sci-Fi channel. People allegedly are confronted by a being from another realm and their world is never the same. In our Lenten sermon series we will consider a host of personal, one-on-one encounters between individuals of this realm meeting the One from beyond the stars. An encounter with Jesus Christ will transport them and us into a new, dynamic realm of possibilities.
