Our Ash Wednesday message was to take on something that draws you to a closer relationship with God. One of many opportunities offered, to consider was giving of self through serving others. Our outreach ministry is far reaching, and many of our members are already committed and actively participate through their giving of gifts, talents and advocacy.

  • Our Furniture Ministry,
  • Hawkins STEMM Academy partnership,
  • Feed Your Neighbor,
  • St. Paul’s Community Center,
  • St. Paul’s UMC Sack Lunch Project,
  • Good Works

There are many more are an examples of the ministries that Epworth has either successfully initiated and sustained or partnered with – creating impact not just in our community but far beyond.

Serving within Epworth is just as crucial –

  • choir members,
  • prayer warriors,
  • ushers,
  • communion stewards,
  • Scripture readers,
  • Sunday School leaders (children, youth and adult),
  • action teams

There are so many other volunteers help to solidify our faith, our devotion to God, and be the Body of Christ in the world. If you are already participating and contributing, thank you for impacting our ministries! If you are interested in “taking on” and not sure where you fit in, contact [email protected].
