Our regular Sunday night meetings began for the year on Sunday, Sept 8.
SWAT provides engaging and relevant ministry for 6th-12th grade students. Whether a student is attending church for the first time, or is growing deeper in faith, we strive to make every student feel welcome and to be a place of belonging. Epworth SWAT is committed to meeting the individual needs of every student, exactly where they are on their faith journey. Learn more.

(We will not be meeting Sept 15th because of the Jr. High Retreat that weekend)
Do you have any friendships you can really count on — the kind of friendships you might call your “lifelines?” God designed us to have friendships we can trust, but God also knew we’d need some help figuring out how to build friendships that are lifelines for each other. In this 4-week series, we’ll look at the kind of friendship Jesus models for us: friendship that lets us be real, gives us a chance to grow, gives us a group when we feel alone, and can even change the world. Come join us and bring a friend! Entrance in the back parking lot that leads down into our youth space called the Deep End.
Saturday, Sept 14-Sunday, Sept 15
Our Junior High Fall Retreat Theme this year is called, "The Pause". So what is it going to be about?
Generation Multitask. It’s a fitting label for an overcommitted, over-entertained generation of teenagers, don’t you think? School, band, sports practice, work, volunteering, and hours of “screen time,” all create a tremendous drain on their lives. Where is the time for cultivating their relationship with Christ?
The Pause will teach you as students to “hit pause” to spend time growing your relationship with God. You'll learn how to pray, how to memorize Scripture, and how to study passages of the Bible. Basically, you'll learn how to develop the habits that will lead you into a vibrant relationship with Christ. Registration for this event is now closed.
