Services for Healing and Wholeness...

 

Our next monthly Healing and Wholeness Service will be held on
Tuesday, February 14, 2012 at 7:00 pm in the Webb Chapel.
 

Join us as Linda Coon shares her testimony at the Healing and Wholeness service.  Linda will share how God has been her undergirding strength through all life's challenges.   

 

Pastor Bob Thomas will preside for the Sacrament of Holy Communion. He will be assisted by B.J. Brengartner, Beth Irwin, Ann Koffman and Penny McCartney...Cecil Baughman will accompany the service.

 

Please invite a friend or family member who is struggling to join you on Tuesday, February 14 at 7:00 pm.  There will be a brief time for refreshment and conversation following worship. 

 

This lovely service is a unique and special worship/spiritual renewal experience.

 

A free-will offering will be received for a local charity.    

  You may come for prayers and anointing with oil for your own concerns or for concerns of a loved one or friend.
 

The service is open to the entire community...

please invite a family member, friend or neighbor who needs God’s healing touch.

Please plan to come to the service to pray for others, to have the community pray for your special needs, to pray for hurt and brokenness in the community and for the brokenness in the world.

Healing Service

“Are any among you sick? They should call for elders of the church and have them pray over them, anointing them with oil in the name of the Lord. [James 5:14]

 

Scripture strongly affirms ministries of spiritual healing, which in recent years have received renewed emphasis throughout Christ’s holy Church.

 

Spiritual healing is God’s work of offering persons balance, harmony, and wholeness of body, mind, spirit, and relationships through confession, forgiveness, and reconciliation.
