Epworth Feasibility Study 2015

Presided over by our District Superintendent, the Church Conference is a gathering where all members of the congregation have both a voice and a vote.

We will be voting to approve a motion: to authorize Horizons Stewardship to conduct a Capital Campaign this summer and fall to solicit funds to support our Building Project as presented in the conceptual building plans.

The final decision and vote to proceed with construction will not be made until later this year or early next year after the results of the Capital Campaign are known.

No RSVP required and all members are urged to attend and vote!

Town Hall Meetings:

The Building Committee has unveiled our new conceptual building plans. There were a total of 4 opportunities to view, to discuss, and to provide feedback on our plans...those gatherings were all well attended and saw many important issues addressed.
