Dear Epworth Family,

The mission of Epworth United Methodist Church is to create Christian community by making disciples of Jesus Christ. To help execute this mission, Epworth is taking steps to assess the current state of Epworth’s programs and facilities and is gathering the data that will be critical in guiding us as we build our future together.  To assist in this process, the Ministry Needs Assessment committee was appointed by the Administrative Council and our first priority is to hear from the congregation of our Epworth family.

So we can hear from everyone in our Epworth family, we invite you to participate in the General Mission and Purpose Survey. We are asking you to prayerfully reflect upon your Epworth experience and respond by completing the survey by May 31, 2009.  Upon final tabulation of the responses, we’ll share the results in a future service and also publish them in The Tower so you can keep apprised of the collective vision of Epworth’s future.  The information will also be forwarded to the Building Committee which was also appointed by the Administrative Council for the purpose of evaluating the future physical plant needs for the congregation to review.
