Caring for the Caregiver Workshops Finding the Blessings Workshops presented by Hospice of Northwest Ohio in partnership with the Area Office on Aging and Epworth United Methodist Church This three-session workshop will provide practical suggestions and healthy insights for caregivers. Workshops will be on Tuesday afternoons: 3:00pm to 4:30pm October 9, 16, and 23, 2012 Epworth United Methodist Church 4855 West Central Avenue This series is free and open to the public. Space is limited and pre-registration is required. Register by calling the church office at 419-531-4236. More Information... Are you a “Caregiver” tending to the needs of a loved one or friend? No matter what form your efforts take, caregiving can have a profound personal effect on your life and how you feel as you commit your time, energy, and emotion to your responsibilities. If you feel overwhelmed, burnt-out, isolated, or even if you would just like to learn helpful hints from others who are doing the same thing, this program would probably be very beneficial to you! “Caring for the Caregiver” is a 3-part series of workshops that will be hosted by Health Ministries and presented by Hospice of Northwest Ohio. The workshop dates are on Tuesday afternoons from 3:00 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. at Epworth, October 9, 16, and 23. You may register for classes now by calling the church office at 419-531-4236. Each class size will be limited to a maximum of 12 caregivers. Arrangements can be made for respite care for your loved one in order for you to attend the workshops if needed.
