July 24th Join us on Sunday, July 24th when we will have a Summer picnic all morning long! After the 8:30 am service, Chef Les Gant will be serving sausage biscuits, fruit and pastries. Juice and coffee will be provided as usual.. The menu will change following the 9:45 am and 11:00 am services to include hot dogs, chips, cookies, and lemonade. The 11:00 am service will move to the west lawn for another outdoor service. Folding chairs will be available, but feel free to bring your own comfy lawn chairs and blankets. In anticipation of Epworth’s Jubilee celebration, the 1961 cornerstone will be opened so the items in the time capsule can be displayed throughout the morning on July 24th. Plan now to be part of this special Jubilee Event in preparation for our October 9th Jubilee Celebration. |
