Hanging On Every Word: Jesus' Last Words

Our pastors begin this lenten sermon series (in conjunction with an all-church bible study) on Feburary 28. The last words a dying person speaks are often the words that are remembered most. Staring at the grave and the life to be had beyond it, one’s most important values, hopes, and aspirations are revealed to those who listen. Each final is word is precious, filled with meaning. During the Sundays of Lent we will be hearing the last words of Jesus spoken from his cross. Though they are being spoken by a Messiah during his dying moments, they are life-giving to those who listen. Plan to join us in worship for this important series of messages.
