The Epworth kitchen committee meets the third Tuesday of each month at 3:30 p.m. in Epworth's kitchen. We are committed to keeping the kitchen clean and organized. Our duties vary from meeting to meeting depending on the condition of the kitchen but an example of duties we perform would be; cleaning out refrigerator/freezers, wiping down, cabinets and appliances, labeling cabinets, putting away items used for various events, washing used dishes, purchasing items needed in the kitchen, making recommendations to the Trustees what is needed in the kitchen and how certain renovations would enhance its use. Since the Epworth kitchen is used by many groups of the church and outside the church, the kitchen is always a work in progress. It does not stay clean and organized for long so we must be a flexible group and understand that is our duty.
