The mission of the Communication Work Area at Epworth United Methodist Church is to promote awareness of, support for and participation in the Church and its programs, among members and non-members alike.
The Communication Work Area fulfills its mission by pursuing these general objectives:
- To provide communication services and/or marketing support for specific church programs as requested;
- To suggest changes to existing communications and/or marketing programs as needed or requested; and
- To propose and/or initiate new communications and/or marketing projects as work area members deem appropriate.
Our goal in communications is to support the overall goal of making disciples, both within the church (through internal communication) and outside our membership (through external communication to the general public, especially persons not yet in any church).
