The Best Is Yet To Be : Wellness And Recuperative Movement Classes For All-Age Adults

Body Recall -- A nationally recognized wellness program for adults, Body Recall continues to gain popularity with doctors and therapists as well as participants. The reason : your mental and physical vitality often depend on exercise and social interaction in addition to the body's general physical health.

A safe, tested program of gentle exercise and movement, Body Recall has something to offer adults of all ages. Its slow movements help circulation without threatening the heart, generating energy without sweating.

A flexible body can cope with life's stresses more successfully and can resist injury while helping ensure long-range movement for years. The sitting, standing and floor movements in Body Recall work to enhance body function without injury. Body Recall offers exercises for varying physical abilities, from basic movement to more challenging physical activity; foot care and body maintenance.
