Our nursery is stocked with toys, play mats, and sensory items to keep your little one happy and engaged. And because we take our little one’s health and well-being seriously, all of our toys and equipment are regularly sanitized and we ask parents to keep any sick children out of our programs to prevent the spread of germs.
Cry Room - All Day - Located inside the children's wing, this is a dedicated space for new parents to feed, care for, and calm their babies.
9:45 | 11 | Year Round | Paid, screened staff supervise children ages 18 months to age 3 as they participate in an engaging Bible story with music and play to begin connecting them to Biblical truths.
9:45 | 11 | Year Round | Preschool children not yet in kindergarten are invited to join us for classes led by members who have gone through background checks and training specific to working with preschoolers and in accordance with our Safe Sanctuary policies. Preschoolers age 3-5 participate in a fun, creative experience designed to encourage kids as they grow in their walk with God. Children spend part of the hour in a small group setting that enriches their faith through games, crafts, and age appropriate discussions. Preschoolers also have the opportunity to experience a large group lesson in our Preschool Worship Space. This is a high-energy environment that teaches the weekly Bible lesson through songs, drama and group participation.
9:45 | Year Round | This is our primary hour for Elementary faith formation groups at Epworth Kids. In age based small groups, your child will explore a monthly Biblical truth, or “Life App”, and engage in ways to put it into practice in their everyday lives. Children also have the opportunity to experience a large group lesson in our Children’s Church. Children’s Church is a high-energy environment that teaches the week’s lesson through song, drama, games, video clips and more. These classes are led by members who have gone through background checks and training specific to working with elementary children and in accordance with our Safe Sanctuary policies.
11 | August - May | Right after the Children’s Moment in worship, the children will gather for W.O.W. Each week the children will learn about God’s love through age-appropriate lessons packed with hands-on learning through praise, worship, and prayer. W.O.W. uses Group Publishing’s All in One Sunday School curriculum and is led by members of our congregation who have gone through background checks and training specific to working with school-age children and in accordance with our Safe Sanctuary policies.
8:30 | 9:45 | 11 | Year Round | Children and Adults of any age with sensory sensitivity are encouraged to use this space designed specifically for them. We have trained adult supervisors in the room during all our worship gatherings.
