To encourage awareness of global health issues, especially in our partnerships, we wanted to invite you to participate in a common challenge. Our goal for the Walking to the Four Corners of the World challenge is to get as many people in the West Ohio Conference to contribute to walking the total distance around the world, passing through the four partnerships, and ending at Lakeside, in time for the 2012 Annual Conference to begin. Roughly 27,000 miles. Please join the Epworth Team by signing up at Endomondo (it's free) to log your walking miles. This will allow us to keep track of our TEAM along with other churches that are participating in this CHALLENGE. 1. Click HERE to get started. 2. Click JOIN to create an account with Endomondo, enter your email address and check "I do not have an account". Enter your name and a password for your account. Endomondo will send an email to your email account so you can verify your membership. NOTE: If you want to setup your account using your Facebook account, click the "Login with Facebook" link on the top right of the screen. 3. Click "Join a Team", look for Epworth and join our TEAM. If you can't find us click HERE. 4. Begin logging your walking miles under the WORKOUTS page (select New Workout and enter information). Make sure you choose WALKING as your form of exercise. If you have a smartphone, download the free Endomondo app and log your WALKING miles with automatic GPS tracking and distance measuring. 5. Encourage others to JOIN THE CHALLENGE! |
