One of the ways Epworth partners with families is through Faith Passages. Faith passages mark significant moments of faith development on the Christian journey of knowing, loving, and
serving God. Epworth celebrates five Faith Passages between birth and fifth grade. Nursey: Love, Worship: 3 Year Olds, Prayer: Kindergarten, Bible Presentation: Third Grade, Cross: Fifth Grade. Learn more on the flyers located in the children's wing.
Want to get involved in a Bible study, small group, or other regular event? Epworth Kids offers childcare for many Epworth activities. We provide a nurturing Christian environment where you can feel safe leaving your children so parents can fully participate in the life of the church. Please email [email protected] at least one week prior to the event you wish to attend, so we can arrange for childcare. Look for details in our publications.
Are you looking for a fun way to connect with other members at Epworth? We have just the thing for you! The Epworth Parent Connections Committee wants to help parents make time for themselves and to expand their friendships at Epworth. We even provide free childcare during most of our activities. It's a chance to get out, have some fun, and meet new people. These events are for all parents: single, divorced, married, just trying to survive! All are welcome! The best week of a Kid's Summer! Each year, Epworth offers a FREE Vacation Bible Camp with morning and evening options for children age 3 to those who have completed 5th grade. Those in grade 6 and older can sign up to be crew leaders or assistant station leaders Experience the Bible through music, crafts, science, dramas, games, and friendships that will last a lifetime!
