Children's Sunday School

THE KINGDOM – 9:45 am to 10:45 am every Sunday.

The Kingdom is our rotation Sunday School Curriculum for children from Kindergarten  thru Fifth Grade. The Kingdom focuses on teaching children as they learn through drama, art, computers, science, cooking, and games. They learn to read the Bible, to interpret the Bible, and to LIVE the Bible in their lives right now. They travel each week to a new room with a shepherd to learn the story in a new way.

In February, we are learning about WISDOM, both in the Bible and in the stories of King Solomon.

The virtue is WISDOM, - knowing what God wants you to do and choosing to do it.

The Bible verse is “If you really want to become wise you must begin by having respect for the Lord.”  Proverbs 9:10

Our mission project is to collect Health Kits for Haiti.

In March, we will look at the virtue of HONESTY through the stories of Jacob and Esau, and Zaccheus.

The virtue is HONESTY- watching what you say and do so others will trust you.

The Bible verse is “The Lord detests lying lips, but He delights in men who are truthful.”  Proverbs 12:22

Our mission project is to make Easter cards for our homebound members.

There will be no classes March 21, so children can attend the worship service with their families to celebrate and participate in the Children’s Sabbath service.  Our theme for the day is “Heart to God and Hand to Man,” celebrating how we use the gifts God gives us to help others.
