Parents Unite

Parents Unite is a new class for parents. This is an opportunity for parents to unite for the purpose of understanding and nurturing our families.  Come share a mixture of discussion, videos and fellowship focusing on our challenging jobs of raising Christian children.  We will begin a new video series in January, but this is an ongoing class - all parents are welcome to attend when you can.  Bring your questions, your solutions, your parenting tips and your sense of humor.

Friends in Faith - Room 101

We are more than a Sunday school class. We are a group who are actively seeking to strengthen our Christian character through a variety of shared experiences. Our lessons center on Biblically based topics which are relevant regardless of age or life circumstances. No advanced preparation needed so join us any time. We welcome you to attend any of our hosted events whether or not you attend class.  We host monthly social events (such as picnics, bowling, dinner out etc.), a women’s Bunco group, a book club and outreach and service opportunities.  All adults are welcome! Please click here to visit our page.

Adult Bible Study - Room 214

No outside preparation is required, and all are welcome. The current DVD series "The Miracles of Jesus," narrated by biblical experts, links first-century teaching to clear and practical applications for life today. Find yourself engaged and lifted as each biblical miracle takes on surprising new meaning and modern-day relevance. Add your voice to the lively class discussion realizing that each of us are being nudged to live as God's people. The class often takes on projects that offer opportunities for outreach or mission.  The class also forms a caring community that prays for each other.  Additional benefit:  the class is only a few steps from the coffee and dough-nuts.  Grab some coffee and join the fun.

Coffee and Conversation - Room 020 (Volunteer Office)

Two thousand years ago one man changed the world. How much change can one person create in the world today? Come discuss “The Power of One Person” as we review the book Three Cups of Tea by Greg Mortenson. Coming for Lent (2/21): “Prayer: Does It Make Any Difference?” This video series by Philip Yancey examines the most fundamental, challenging, perplexing, and rewarding aspect of our relationship with God. Join us; new participants, opinions, and ideas are always welcome!
