Adult Leaders Meeting Minutes
Aug. 8, 2007
- Thanks to Dave Dicke for his years of service as adult advisor! Dave is going to continue as an active adult leader.
- Welcome and thanks to Diane Wilkes-Smith as our new adult advisor! Diane reported that she will not be available much during September due to work schedule. Other adult leaders are willing to help out as needed.
- Recruiting ideas:
- Presentation to Olivet Lutheran Youth
- Powerpoint presentation (need to work together to prepare)
- Epworth Youth Representative – Bruce
- Diane B. to talk to Bob Knowles at Epworth also
- Best recruiting ages 13-15 yr. olds (7-9th grades)
- Kids need to bring lots of friends !
- Bruce to work on calendar and new web site (with input from others)
