Adult Opportunities on
Sunday Mornings
8:30 am
Round Table Room 214
The Roundtable Class is a group of "mature" adults who meet for worship, education, and fun. The class begins with a hymn and devotions, followed by a variety of speakers and topics of interest to the class. We would invite anyone interested to try us out.
9:45 am
Friends in Faith Room 101
We are more than a Sunday school class. We are a group who are actively seeking to strengthen our Christian character through a variety of shared experiences. Our lessons center on Biblically based topics which are relevant regardless of age or life circumstances. No advanced preparation needed so join us any time. We welcome you to attend any of our hosted events whether or not you attend class. We host monthly social events (such as picnics, bowling, dinner out etc.), a women’s Bunco group, a book club and outreach and service opportunities. All adults are welcome! Please click here to visit our page.
Adult Bible Study Room 214
No outside preparation is required, and everyone is welcome. Books of the Bible are chosen, read, and discussed in the context of current events and application in daily life. The class often takes on projects that offer opportunities for outreach or mission. The class also forms a caring community that prays for each other. Additional benefit: the class is only a few steps from the coffee and doughnuts. Grab some coffee and join the fun.
Coffee and Conversation Class Volunteer Office – Room 020
We have fun, fellowship, and a coffee maker. Spirited discussions are held on contemporary issues. Join us next week as we begin discussing the Methodist viewpoint on alcohol, abortion, drugs, gambling, medical experimentation, media violence, and suicide. All are welcome.
